"Pueblo USA"

http://download.publicradio.org/podcast/americanradioworks/features/immigration/full.mp3

This is a short radio documentary about racial relations in Siler City, North Carolina. Although it focuses on the impact of Latino immigration, it brings up themes covered in "Watching Jim Crow" in terms of the racial power relations and conflicts. A LOT of the issues are reminiscent of  (and greatly influenced by) civil rights-era struggles. Its also similar in that it is a microcosmic case study on a larger issue....Anyways its fairly interesting and explains it much better than I can so I thought I'd include a link.....
