This video I found is the weirdest appropriation of american pop culture for a tokyo TV pilot. I really don't know what to make of it, but it is no doubt an odd intersection of stereotypes, and there are also aspects here of both blackface and yellowface influence. I guess my question would simply be, where does this video fit into our discussions of blackface and yellowface?
